Putt your stuff for pets

FRI 12/10Yell FORE! for our four-legged friends today in the Humane Society of Greater Miami's first annual "Putt for Paws" golf tournament hosted by Katrina Campins, of NBC's The Apprentice. Ms. Campins recently adopted a shelter dog and is doing her part to help raise money for the Humane Society's many services, which include animal health care, adoption, and educational programs. Foursomes and individual golfers are welcome to duke it out on the links, while their guests can shop at the "Howl-A-Day" Bazaar and snack on some barbecue. Guests are also encouraged to bring an unwrapped gift for the fur babies. The Putt for Paws Golf Tournament is from 1:00 to 8:00 at the Miami Beach Golf Club, 2101 Alton Rd., Miami Beach. The cost is $1200 for foursomes and $350 for individuals. For those of you who aren't big fans of the plaid pants and Izods, you can pay $50 to join the evening festivities.
