SET LIST

Armand Pena

Thursdays, Oxygen Lounge

Armand Pena's tribal house single Watching Me has held in the top ten most downloaded songs on beatport.com since it dropped October 7. Plus, he's got more cuts in the hatch from his new label Rhythm Freak, which he named after the moniker he uses for occasional forays at Club Space and crobar. Every Thursday, you can find the 28-year-old holding it down commercial style at Coconut Grove's Oxygen Lounge, where he has been the resident DJ since the club first opened. The sound is 100 percent Miami: a little Latin, a little Eighties rock, some hip-hop, some reggae, and house. How does it all mix together, you may ask? Like panadas.
