Lambretta Girl Scooter Rally

The First Annual Lambretta Girl Scooter Rally and Mod and Punk Tribute show gasses up at Churchill's this Saturday. On the tribute stage, catch The Remnants as the Rolling Stones, Good Life Cycle as Crass, The Van Der Wals as the Kinks, and a schizophrenic set by the Creepy T's that will be equal parts Creation and the Yardbirds. On the main stage are Atlanta's own firework-tossing rockers The Black Lips. You may remember them from a previous Churchill's appearance as the band that played bare-ass in a sea of flying cocktail napkins. Also playing will be Seattle's The Spits. But wait! There's more. You can also catch locals such as AC Cobra, Los Greencardz, the Studdogs, and many others.

Details

takes place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 16, at Churchill's Pub, 5501 NE 2nd Ave. Tickets cost $8. Call 305-757-1807.
