Med, White, & Blue

A Greek tavern that's friendly and inexpensive on the Beach -- why should this be unique?

Lengthen the evening by lingering over a shot (or shots) of Greek coffee, or the sweet amber-colored brandy Metaxa, or the clear (cloudy when mixed with water), anise-flavored ouzo; most choose the last because they receive a complimentary glass after dinner. There's live music on weekends (too loud for me, but the crowd seemed to enjoy it), and, other times, a hospitable ambiance conducive to sitting, sipping, and chatting the blue-and-white night away. Just like they do on the Greek islands.

Friendly, fun, fairly priced: Yep, those tables are full
