"I like to do new things," he says, repeating some topics over and over, harping especially on the responsibilities of parents, before and after children are born. He says he feels strong these days, with enough confidence to face certain issues, and to apply his experience to his music. Now Vico C is back with a brand-new disc and a Latin Grammy nomination for last year's live album, Vivo. How did he do it? "Faith, brother," he answers. He goes to a Catholic church, but is not committed to any specific religion. Instead, he says, "I have a relation with God, he guides me. I definitely consider myself to be born again, simply because when you experience God stripping you out of your misery, you are coming to life again."
