Into the Night

Halloween weekend, a time for twisted pleasures and deviant diversions with even more ghouls and goblins out on the street than usual. There will be tricks and treats of every variety in clubland. Tonight (Thursday) is fright night, and Bermuda Bar (3509 NE 163rd St., North Miami Beach, 945-0196) is full of thrills and chills as the second annual Exotic Erotic Ball rolls into town. With special help from kinky boutique the Fetish Factory, the bar is transformed into a pleasure chamber with a $1000 costume contest and more spooky surprises. Also tonight, MoJazz Cafe (928 71st St., Miami Beach, 865-2636) is back to old tricks after a short hiatus, with a new menu, a new dance floor, and a new interior. The MoJazz Band and other local jazzsters begin at 9:00. If All Hallow's Eve has got your skin crawling, there's nothing like a good charity to warm them bones. Tomorrow Spec's, together with mega club Salvation (1771 West Ave., Miami Beach, 673-6508), hosts Dance 4 Life, a party-down benefit for the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Children's Hospital cancer clinics. Hunky host Enrique Iglesias will guide partygoers through an evening of great music and nonstop dancing. The party takes off at 9:00 p.m.; tickets are $15 and $30. A small price to pay for a devilishly good time.

Thursday
