The Ties That Blind

In supporting roles Duncan Young as Kevin and Primo Tosi as Guy "play the joke," rendering their characters a bit too ridiculous, but their appearances are so limited and their mistakes so slight no overall harm is done.

If you enjoy the work of Harold Pinter, Christopher Durang, or Joe Orton, if you enjoy odd British humor, and if you can laugh at the pointlessness of life and death, then I thoroughly recommend this well-written and professionally acted production. But if you'd rather see Neil Simon, or if you are the one person sitting in the auditorium whose family did resemble the Brady Bunch, then you probably won't enjoy Homeward Bound. In fact, such people might actually hate it, which only further emphasizes the quiet power of this playwright.
