"The case is in its infancy as far as my investigation of it," says Zuazo's attorney, Stephen Bronis. "But I can tell you categorically that we deny John Doe's allegations. While I am sympathetic toward his physical condition and supportive of laws that guarantee medical confidentiality, I must assert that these allegations are completely false." Bronis also says the statutes cited in Doe's lawsuit apply only to health-care workers, not to attorney Zuazo.
